The Importance of Empire Building

A lot of companies, and it's not just this industry, but any sort of industry like this or anything that's commodity-related, I tend to see it more over there. And so oftentimes management teams are focused on empire building. They're focused on, let's just build a bigger business, because at the end of the day, that's what helps them. Stock buybacks, yeah, that's gonna help the shareholder, but it doesn't really help the management team.
