Air travel is an exclusionary space, that very few people in the world have actually travelled by air. And so when we see these sort of migration crises, where there's thousands of people kind of coming on foot to border crossings, part of why those people are there on foot is ecause they couldn't access air space. They weren't able to get on an airplane and fly here. The system itself extends far beyond the airport, because it involves am, this kind of data am surveillance systems and all the ways in which passports and boarders work. It's a way to think about the control over who can be mobile and whois is excluded from this space.
