confidence is the first one and the biggest onean that something that i'm passionat about, like my tagline on my personal email is, you know, empowering women and girls to be y confident. The other thing is defining success, right? Because, like most people that you talk to is they have some, some maturity behind em. Will just say that a lot of people originally define success as getting promotions and moving up the crew ladder or some sort of monetary success. But it's when women, or men, anyone, when you learn to define what s means to you, then you can go and pursue it.

Most people think success is a solo endeavor – you have to do it alone and there's no one else who can help you get there. But the reality is that we are surrounded by resources and people who can support us in our journey toward success.
