In the journal that you published, keep moving. The idea was that people were kind of using keep moving as writing prompts already. And so i though, well, mus just make this easy, and we'll make it all sort of one stop shop. You can use the journal instead of maybe writing in the margins of the book itself. It's a time capsule, so you can go back and look, if nothing else, for proof that you'll make it.
