I was doing this exercise with you and I was seeing the person in my head and I was feeling the emotion in my body. And when you said, I'm not angry, I repeated that as if it were me. And then I got a lot of thoughts. Telling me why I was angry. That's your unconscious is coming forward. You're no longer driven unconscious. It's almost like so many of us who struggle in this area have to get to know ourselves in our 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s. Yeah. Like I feel like the human race is kind of new to this conversation still.
