The full diet is broken down into six phases that go from basically at the beginning just stock well-cooked stews a bit of probiotic veg and some honey and some fat. Then they go in stages bringing in other foods such as eggs, yee or roasted meat until you get to the full gapstire which includes things like the goons and coconut plows. We started gaps in late 2015 and we were on the gaps protocol for two years a lot of that time we spent in intro so whereas some people will go through intro very quickly doing one day on each of the six phases we literally spent weeks on each of those stages.
