How to Drive a Robust Car

I'm a fan of cars that run an alcohol. It's very common here in Brazil because Brazil is the biggest produce of sugar cane and all the residues that turn into alcohol to ethanol. I've actually been considering looking into getting maybe in the future, some sort of electric,. Like say a moped or small motorcycle or something. But if you can charge it yourself, like my parents have an electric car that charges themselves. They could just still charge it. If they would like, okay, if any time the government decides, okay, you're not going to get electricity anymore. That's a huge one. And then we talk about rejecting vaccination in CO2 passports and digital IDs.
