The Blackwell Companion Natural Theology by Brian Davies

The best defense of Craig's version of the Kalam argument is in this book. I also would more recommend Brian Davies' book, Introduction to the Philosophy of Religion. This is the textbook I use in my class on atheism at Holy Apostles College. And it's a good defense and really uses classical theism. It's different than how Craig approaches it.
