The Importance of Self-Identity in the Age of Social Media

As social media demands curated all though not necessarily perfect self-image are we our selfies and do our selfies represent us at all? Online spaces have really become where we hang out. We create community and online spaces offer aspects of that but not in the way that we might need it to. The youth are growing up in a time of political mind fields. Their attention spans are destroyed because of course the younger generation exposed to things that are you know horrible and wondrous all in the span of like 30 seconds to one minute.
