How to Use a Hair Mask or Conditioner
It is a clear water and it looks like water. It doesn't even look like conditioner. You use about, I want to say it's about an ounce. If you have very long or thick hair like I do, I have to use like two doses. So the bottle probably has about, if you've long thick hair, like four or five doses. Like an Elmer's glue. You squirt a little squirt on and you rub it in. Eight seconds. Only eight seconds is all you need. And PS it also warms up. This is literally just driving those two things that help seal off damage to the areas that are damaged.
