Sperm is ejaculated into the vagina, close to the servix. Then sperm go on their merry way through the servix and through the woman's body. So yes, it's possible that sperm counts are declining. It's even possible that we should be concerned. But before we declare sort of an official sperm a get in, we just need a much better understanding of sperm. More on that after the break.
