I'm not a media person, I came from politics and I come from schools. One thing I experienced firsthand in both of those areas that I think has affected media the most was that the managers of these companies for all the bias they had were then supercharged by their own employees who were afraid of their own employees. And so these people were getting fired. Some of them deserved it; some of them probably not. There's no right answer. All I want to know is whether you're the type of person who looks at your colleagues and thinks they deserve due process,. Their intentions matter," she said.
