The ultimate trigger, for both positive and negative, is unawareness base trigger. It's a trigger that says, something arises inside of meointeroception,. Something is going on inside me. So we sometimes we have to use the other triggers to to get us a little bit more in the habit. We talk about creating what i call steel points. A steel point is just a a moment or two that you can intersperse throughout your day - whatever way you get them. And so it's really about like, let's slow down. Let's pick one principle at a time, and let's really investigate how using triggers can integrate it into our lives.
