Are You Making Decisions Under Uncertainty?

As someone's figuring out the narrative that you just articulated, how do they self-diagnose if it's working? And I think kind of what's particularly challenging when you're just getting going is like, you're going to have a lower conversion rate as you're creating a new category. It's also very data sparse. Early on, yeah, you're making decisions under uncertainty and you have sparse data, but you really should be paying attention. But sparse data is better than no data.
