The Importance of Regulatory Whole Life Carbon

Finland will require whole life carbon assessments for all new buildings by 2025. France has also been trialing a new regulation called E plus C minus since 2016 on a voluntary basis. There are about 50 people involved in the wider Embodied Carbon group, 10 to 15 of which are actively involved in this latest campaign.
