Stress, in the Short Term, Is Adaptable

Stress that extends out more than three or four days. And andis disrupting our sleep for more than three nights in a row, we really need to take that seriously. So i think tat the takeaway message is that stress, in the short term, is adaptive. It's good for us. It combats all the bad stuff.
