Lawrence Haggart's Death

Lawrence haggart's case was relegated to central scotland police. They had jurisdiction over the council areas of fulkirk, sterling and clackmanonsher. Hours before he was attacked, lawrence had gone out with friends to an under age night club called ziggis in the nearby town of denny. A neighbor observed him leaving home. Investigators were unable to establish a clear motive. One convicted sex offender was initially of interest to police, but was quickly ruled out after providing an alibi.
