I agree with you. As much as it sounds gimmicky, there are huge benefits for those who don't move at all. We've got a mutual friend that works as a personal trainer and sometimes he pops out and does a one kilometer run just to fire up the metabolism in the afternoon. That snacking can happen at any level. It's a way of just keeping that metabolism fired up during the day. And I guess if you're moving or walking upstairs, there's a raising or hot rate has lots of benefits,. Not just physical, but also mental as well.
