The November 15th issue of JAMA includes a recommendation statement from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on how to distribute abatement funds arising from opioid litigation. A new law in Colorado that ends anonymous sperm donation is described as "a bold new direction" The authors argue for greater transparency in the methods being used in these funding allocations.
