And the best way to get them from A to B, from injury and back to full fitness, safely and as quickly as possible (this is the big one)...
Your usual subjective assessment questions are not going to cut it!
Most physio's do not really understand their patient's because they do not ask the right subjective assessment questions...
And this is why so many patients stop doing their rehab exercises.
