The Ruley Ad and the Origins of the Universe

With the concept of the ruley ad, we finally have kind of a principal way to talk about alien minds. Each different possible mind can be thought of as existing in a certain place in rural space. But how can we characterize what these minds are thinking about or how these minds perceive things? Well, that will depend on more detailed aspects of us as observers and how our minds are set up. The key to our physics project is then that observers like us have certain general characteristics where computationally bounded with finite minds and limited sensory input.
