How to Be Approachable When Out in the World

If you're walking around with your face kind of in this permanent like mode of tension or like kind of a slightly angry or negative look, you're not going to look super approachable. So lose the resting bitch face. Work on relaxing your face muscles. Take out your air pods or your earbuds or whatever you're wearing that keeps you in your head when you're out in the world. Don't walk around looking at your phone. And yes, make eye contact. The eyes truly say it all.
