What Are the Biggest Challenges for Tao's Right Now?
Onboarding and process is probably the biggest issue that I'm seeing across those right now. There are issues in terms of like talent coordination as well as like incentivization models for those, too. A lot of people want to have ownership and control when they're within a Tao. They want to own their initiatives,. But when that's not being translated by the Tao as well, you kind of have people saying, okay, screw it.
