For you to make maximum progress, you have to intentionally seek challenge. If you sit back and just do what's easy, your progress will always be poor. I don't think plateau a real thing. I think pateas only exist for people who don't know whathey're doing. Andit work in a day. Is sometimes very hard for your body tan get some digestive distres. It can ultimately cause some bloating, some gas ond in digestion. So intentionality is really the frame of mind that you hold present in every workout. What are you thinking about when you're training? Are you thinking about how hard this is? Are youthinking about getting it done?
