Those who do not see will be blinded by the light so to speak. Jesus speaking about those who see that will be blind is kind of cryptic and ironic way of saying those who think they see. It's his way of talking about everything that we read in the story, the way that the Pharisees were behaving on that afternoon. They've got nobody has ever been born blind that now sees, you've got somebody that's doing it," he says. "They have talked to multiple witnesses to confirm it"
