Timothy Stanley: We know we have too much inventory. Much of it was due to these logistic issues which are sustaining throughout the rest of this year and probably likely a bit into next year. But we've got a balance sheet which is very enviable. It's a fortress balance sheet and we can use that to carry inventory in a patient way, he says.
