No advertising is about changing people's purchasing habits. All advertising is supposedly about making people love the brain. So if you actually want to change my purchasing habits, then that's a whole different brief. Geting up stream always means going back to basics at the moment. That's getting up stream and changing purchasing habits. Is too clearest in government advertising because people don't feel good about something they're doing.
