i think there is very good scientific evidence that cbd acts as what we call an aniolytic. It reduces your stress, it reduces your anxiety. One of the principal road blocks to this thing called a good night of sleep is anxietyad in fact, biological stress. There are many causes of insomnia, but hyper active stress system seems to be one of the common single pathways through which we typically can explain insomnia. Anything that comes in to descalate the situation of anxiety in an individual is going to have an indirect benefit in gifting that individual with better sleep at night.
