The Book of Isaiah - All Things Means Past, Present, Future

All things means past, present, future. Isaiah's own day and the end time has in Jewish tradition. Even 10% of every generation of Jews have been very careful to not assimilate into non-Jews. So also, many of the Gentiles are mixed lineages of the house of Israel. And we'll be talking more about that, specifically Ephraim's end-time role in relation to the house of India.
