What Does the High Court Decision Mean for Deliverer?
In February, the high court handed down two decisions in personnel contracting and jamseck. These were cases where the high court rejected the existing approachi employment law. This was a really black letter approach to employment, given the power and balance that exists between workers and businesses. So i spoke to professor andrew stuart from the university of adelaide who said that the high court decision has just wiped out decades of careful judicial development.
