Do Adjustable Rate Mortgages Work?

There's a lot of skittishness about sort of taking on that arm as they call it, right? Because of what happened during the last recession. Well, the underwriting guidelines are completely different here in 2023 compared to back in 2007, 2008. And so as people take mortgage programs, the security around their ability to pay is probably at some of the highest levels we've ever seen. That said, adjustable rate mortgages really aren't in favor right now.
