When you look at a company, how do you take into consideration the opportunities that exist for that business in terms of just evaluating it? Brent: A couple of different things that we saw in this particular company, there was a long track record, the company had been around for 30 years. And then as far as looking at the upside, this business had a lot of referral and they hadn't spent a dollar in marketing in like four years.
