I think whatever feels good to you in the moment is totally valid. I will say though, the responses don't undo ages. Like, they're sort of still playing into the ages. As the 52-year-old colleague, you have years of wisdom and experience that your younger colleague can learn from. There's so much power there. We should be celebrating this process.
