Rescuing socrates is a beautiful title because it's a reference. And socrates himself, under the death penalty, needed res in chose not to be rescued. It was pretty decided that he was going to take his poison and accept his fate. But of course, he's immortal. He never did die, and you've rescued him one more time for the rest of us. I think in many ways, real education is appreciating that maybe that's not the only gol in life.
