The Truth About Self-Confidence

We often tell ourselves when we're considering going out on a limb or trying something kind of bold or audacious, it's just this thing that we've dreamed about. But the fact is, you know, realistically, most people really aren't paying attention to what we're doing because they're just trying to figure out their own lives. I don't remember who said that most of us would worry a lot less about what other people think of us if we realized how seldom they do. And there's so much truth in that. Very few people really are looking around to see what you're doing and mock it.
