The Importance of Setting New Expectations
Finn is not, it's not, or it's fairly typical of other big banks in the industry that have tried to pursue called digital ventures. But generally, they have a huge incumbent customer base. And as a result, that incumbent customer base has kind of built in expectations. So it's difficult for a traditional bank to make this shift and jump into a completely new value proposition because they're so wed to the old.
