I think if somebody is in charge of a human body, i much rather refer to them as leader than a manager. So that's sometimes helpful with some of the harder conversations too. But coming back to your question, currt around compassionate curiosity. It resonates so much me. Sometimes leader say compassion is soft, or it feels not them. There's expensive amount of evidence, not just our research, that shows time and time again, when individuals thrive, they are more oriented towards collaboration, team work.
