Richard: There is an adage that vaccines don't save lives vaccinations save lives you need to get it into people's arms and there is also enormous resistance to that. The mRNA vaccine even for covid was basically done in a week or two and then all of the remaining months were testing and safety and all that stuff. He says elite institutions bear any of the blame for the lack of trust yes probably.
