Do You Have a Morning Routine?
Get a morning routine. Figure it out, experiment. Get one and stick to it. By 90 days, usually it's 30, but for sure, by 90 you will have a habit,. You will do it without thinking about it. It doesn't have to be like mine. What is important is that you carve that time out. And i think so so many of you, I can relate to this idea of like, saying that year after year, this is the year that i lose 20 pounds and i save money. So why? Why does it not happen? Well, one of the things is tha it's vague, so we have to be specific.
