Is Fasting Good for You?

Fasting is fantastic for the microbiome. It really infected my gut health in a positive way, but you got to keep in mind that if you're really, really, really stressed out, fasting is a stressor. The first thing I would recommend for all fasting is getting into metabolic flexibility. That means being able to do a good 14 to 16 hour fast without a really big issue. And if you do if you do struggle with like 16 hours, start with 12 and then go to 14 and then going to 16.
