Persistent Depressive Disorder
Persistent depressive disorder has to be for at least two years for adults and one year for children or adolescents. Persistent depressive disorder also now encompasses disthymia. You can have the really extreme symptoms, but you only need to have two or more of the following: low self esteem in p d d, poor concentration or a sense of hopelessness.
