Am, let's then explore the theme for to day in a little bit more detail. And i wanted to start really with acknowledging that an humans are actually designed to be with, or connect with people. So for example, if you look at the the make up of of the human brain, we know that there are particular parts of the brain that are, part of their role is to insure that we are attuned to others. The insula also allows us to read how other people are - it's not the same thing as empathy, but it's something that allows us to notice how some one is in any given moment.
