The Five Points of Values Based Political Engagement

As a millennial growing up and this time, there's sometimes a bit of cynicism about political engagement from companies. It feels like maybe they're donating to both sides so that no matter what happens, they've got friend on the inside. And i think like he's right in that in order to engage, you know, an employee who's thinking about things in terms of sustain ability or e s g or environmental justice, the companies need to be engaging on politics on a values based way.
