The True Stillness That One Needs to Be Still
The answer to all these questions is to hold on to self attentiveness. That alone is true stillness. Any other stillness is only relative. So the true stillness that we are seeking cannot be found outside ourselves. It can be found deep within ourselves. In the heart of our being. We would be the best suggestion to be still and what are the traps that one needs to avoid?
