The Catalyst Program Is Going to Be More Practical This Year

I think lots more episodes focused on case studies of you know how people have actually implemented psych health and safety in their organizations. We've had some amazing guests who come up from either deep subject matter expertise or academia but not enough really good practical examples. I can't think of anyone off the top of my head that's actually nailed it so we're working on to help fast track that as well.
