The Case of a Drifter
The case of a double murder and an incredible assault was very upsetting to people in the oyster bay community. Several men fit this description and they're arrested over the next few days, but for drifters, they all had airtight alibis,. So this led nowhere. There is a man named James Doyle, who is a drifter, and he was identified by Garrett's son-in-law as the man who had been walking around the maybe property without permission in the weeks leading up to this. And this checks out Doyle had been living in a community home that was only about a quarter of a mile away from where the murders happened.
