Monoripas and Depend About Are a Better Choice Than Depend About, Right?
In a poly repo setup, when you bump a version of something, you deal with that cost later on. In larger organizations, that cost is very frequently abused and the result is that things sort of end up on very outdated versions. Things like, depend about help a lot there and you sort of get individual commits for all of these bumps. So if you are only changing the rust back end code, and that doesn't happen to have a dependency on the front end, then you don't have to run any of their tests or any of their tools. That's an example of tooling that can sort of help with a problem that sort of monoripos don't have.
