There was reasonable growth in the 90s and the 2000s. I think there was a fair amount of role that our trade policy had, says Ravi Agrawal. But things started going south for polyester at least in 2014 where you had anti-dumping duties being imposed on either intermediates or particularly PTA. And all of that led to, well, all of the fiber intermediates become extremely expensive.
