The Effects of the Coast Score on Mortality and Ghost Outcomes

Coast Score may well be validated in the German trauma registry. It was based on the Victorian State Trauma Registry as its derivation data set. We did do multiple imputation to have an imputed dataset for looking at loss to follow up patients and outcome. And I can tell you that there wasn't any significant difference to the main findings of the study when we did a full imputed dataset, which is what this trial used. The need to not just focus on 28 or 30-day, dead or alive as the primary outcome measure in major trauma studies. That actually really matters how patients are doing at 6, 12, 24 months. Because it matters to the patients, it matters
