In your book, you say that ambition is not necessarily the complete equation. Where do we often go wrong when it comes to understanding what drives excellence? Ye, notthe great question. I mean, look, majority of organizations, olr, individuals i've worked with, it's very, very unusual that ambition, talent or effort is the problema. You know, humans have been striving to get better faster since the beginning of time whether that's like cave men racing to light fires, or scientists competin to create the first covid vaccine.
